You can almost taste the tension in the chilly March air, winter and spring pulling and tugging, trying their darndest to claim the day. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, crowning the world with their rosy pink hues, while the fuzzy, cotton-like snow flakes swarm in busy confusion round their sweet blooms.
As the warm rays of sunshine peep out once more, the white flurries turn to slush, caught in the silky threads of a spider’s creation.
Once more, the puffs of frozen water take the stage, trying desperately to persuade us all that winter is still as vigilant as ever.
All in one afternoon, the tides keep turning. Spring’s warm sunshine vs. winter’s chilly zephyrs.
Spring, according to the calendar, is here in full abundance, but our Creator has different ideas. . . perhaps trying to give us all a small glimmer the beauty of two seasons combined can create.
This day was definitely one of bantering atmosphere.
